Wellsprings of Gilbert receives Medicare Approval

We are thrilled to announce that Wellsprings Therapy Center of Gilbert has been accepted as a skilled nursing facility in the Medicare program by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Through this program CMS is able to provide payment for patients who rehab at Wellsprings Therapy Center of Gilbert. We are proud to be participants in the Medicare program and be able to ensure all members of our community can rehabilitate and Live Again in our state-of-the-art facility.

The Wellsprings Therapy Center of Gilbert has already made a tremendous impact on the community and we look forward to assisting more patients on their path to recovery. To date 34 patients have been rehabilitated at the Center and returned home to their families. One such patient walked out of the facility this month after weeks of hard work and perseverance. We are so proud of her and all of her efforts.
